AIGAC 2024 Conference

Mastering Change: Adapting, Evolving, and Excelling

The 17th Annual AIGAC conference (in person!) will be held from May 27 – May 31, 2024 – in Barcelona, Spain and Paris, France. Our hosts will be IESE, HEC, and INSEAD. Plan now to combine business with pleasure!

We are thrilled to announce that All Schools’ Day has been extended to 1.5 days this year! We’ll be hosted by IESE on May 27/28, HEC on May 30, and INSEAD on May 31. Join us for a deep dive into the latest trends and developments in graduate business education, some professional development, and networking with fabulous colleagues!

All attendees must be AIGAC members in good standing.

Prospective members interested in attending the AIGAC 2024 Conference should apply to join AIGAC no later than 1 April 2024.

Registration includes access to all four days, dinner with Adcoms on Monday, AIGAC dinner on Tuesday, HEC reception on Wednesday, and INSEAD dinner on Thursday.

  • Early Bird Pricing with housing – $749, including eligibility for 2 nights of shared housing sponsored by IESE and 1 night sponsored by HEC (available from December 15th to January 28th)
  • Early Bird Pricing – $749, without eligibility for school-sponsored housing (available January 29th to March 15th)
  • Full Registration – $999 (available March 16th to May 13th)
  • Registration after May 13th is based on availability

*Early-bird registration pricing (without housing) will be honored for new members who make application and are approved prior to the conference. Application reviews take 4-6 weeks; new applications must be submitted by April 1st to be approved in time

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be received in writing to be processed. Cancellation requests should be e-mailed to operations@aigac.org
  • Cancellation requests received by AIGAC no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024, will be refunded the full registration fee paid, minus a $50 USD administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received by AIGAC on or after Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, will be refunded one-half the total registration fee paid, minus a $50 USD administrative fee.
  • Substitution requests will be accepted until Monday, May 20th, 2024. There will be a $50 USD administrative fee for all substitutions.
  • No refunds will be available for cancellations after Monday, May 20th 2024, or for no-shows

AIGAC Conference Policies

By registering for the 2024 AIGAC Conference you agree to abide by the following policies:

  • Be a member in good standing at the time of the conference.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner as a representative of your organization and AIGAC. Argumentative behavior, disruptive behavior, and any form of harassment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
  • Refrain from recording, posting or sharing information from sessions unless AIGAC and host schools specifically note it as acceptable. Information and material shared in sessions is confidential, privileged and only for the information of AIGAC Members.
  • Provide consent to the use of any photos/videos taken of yourself for AIGAC or our partners use in marketing.
