AIGAC 2023 Annual Conference

The 16th Annual AIGAC conference will be held (in person!) from June 5-8, 2023 in New York and Connecticut. Join us!

AIGAC conferences increase your professional resources and contacts and keep you updated on the latest trends and changes in the graduate application process. Our conference provides a chance to re-energize with peers before returning to the trenches of the application season.

We are pleased to offer this amazing event June 5 – 8, 2023 in the New York region. This is yet another fantastic opportunity to come together with colleagues and benefit from having an audience with admissions directors in an interactive format.

The 2023 event will feature some of your favorite conference activities, including admissions case studies, programming with admissions officers, and addressing changing global circumstances.

Monday – June 5

Tuesday – June 6

Member Registration

All attendees must be AIGAC members in good standing. Prospective members interested in attending the AIGAC 2023 Conference should apply to join AIGAC no later than April 1, 2023.

Registration includes access to all four days, the welcome reception, one networking dinner, and access to 1 hotel night at Yale (availability limited to the first 40 registrants).

  • Early Bird Pricing – $699 early bird pricing until 31 March 2023
  • Full Registration – $899 from April 1, 2023 – May 26, 2023 (please note that registration after May 26 is based on availability)

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be received in writing to be processed. Cancellation requests should be e-mailed to operations@aigac.org
  • Cancellation requests received by AIGAC no later than Sunday, April 30, 2023, will be refunded the full registration fee paid, minus a $50 USD administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received by AIGAC on or after Monday, May 1, 2023, will be refunded one-half the total registration fee paid, minus a $50 USD administrative fee.
  • Substitution requests will be accepted until Friday, May 26, 2023. There will be a $50 USD administrative fee for all substitutions.
  • No refunds will be available for cancellations after Sunday, Apr 30, 2023, or for no-shows

AIGAC Conference Policies

By registering for the 2023 AIGAC Conference you agree to abide by the following policies:

  • Be a member in good standing at the time of the conference.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner as a representative of your organization and AIGAC. Argumentative behavior, disruptive behavior, and any form of harassment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
  • Refrain from recording, posting or sharing information from sessions unless AIGAC and host schools specifically note it as acceptable. Information and material shared in sessions is confidential, privileged and only for the information of AIGAC Members.
  • Provide consent to the use of any photos/videos taken of yourself for AIGAC or our partners use in marketing.
