The AIGAC Conference Experience – Hear or Read Member Experiences

To say that the AIGAC conference exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I literally have used something I learned from the conference just about EVERY DAY since in my work with my clients and colleagues at Stratus Admissions Counseling. One of the biggest benefits is just having such a deeper understanding of the “culture” and “fit” at each program we visited. They were all amazing programs, but it was clear to me that each has a distinct “personality.” As consultants, we help our clients by sharing these insights and encouraging them to go beyond the surface in discovering these nuances for themselves. Building on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from last year’s annual conference, we are developing another week for this June’s conference that will blend traditionally popular sessions with even more interactive and innovative programming.  This new programming will involve activities that we engage in both with our fellow consultants/colleagues and with MBA admissions officers.

At the core of the conference, Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management will be our host Wednesday and Thursday, June 13-14, 2018. We will enjoy the opportunity to learn about their new Global Hub and the Kellogg experience as well as run our traditional AIGAC programming and All Schools Day, with roughly 30 top MBA schools’ admissions officers joining us.

But that’s not all!

The full conference will run from Friday, June 8 through Friday, June 15.  Join us to tour and experience all the following schools (listed alphabetically):

–      University of Chicago, Booth School of Business

–      University of Texas-Austin, McCombs School of Business

–      University of Toronto, Rotman School of Business

–      University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business

And one more wonderful surprise to share – we are proud to announce that for the first time, several of these schools will offer free housing!

AIGAC allows organizations to register a non-consultant member to attend our annual conference. Small organizations would be allowed to register one non-consultant member, medium organizations would be allowed to register up to two non-consultant members, and large organizations would be allowed to register up to three non-consultant members.
